We came to the Dovecote to celebrate Jen’s 30th birthday and relax for a few days. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect retreat. The Jacuzzi and log fire were ideal, the cottage and surroundings are beautiful and tranquil. Thank you for making such a welcoming space, the finishing touches make it feel special.

Another fantastic stay at Christmas. Weather good so managed to enjoy walks. Fabulous coming back to the sauna and whirlpool bath. Thank you for making the stay so relaxing, the Chirstmas decorations were perfect, so nice to have another week here.

Wow, wow, wow!! What a dilemma for the future – which cottage to book. Dovecote or the Stable, both fantastic. Totally relaxed during the week, despite storm Angus! Thank you the gifts, totally unexpected, a really lovely surprise. Did manage to use the Jacuzzi bath, very relaxing. Can’t wait to come back, flipping a coin already to decide which cottage to visit next time.

We’ve had a lovely time relaxing in this quiet and cosy cottage; the perfect getaway from a busy life back home, the spa bah is just what we needed to feel well and truly pampered. The views are stunning, it was lovely to see all the animals and the kittens playing each morning. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will have to return some day for sure, ps the fizz was a lovely touch thank you.

My husband and I had a magical few days at the Dovecote. It is very cosy with peaceful views. Especially liked the underfloor heating, spa bath, log fire, and listening to the rain on the roof at night time. There are some very cheeky Tamworth piglets in the field that enjoy chasing the sheep! We saw dozens of seal pups and their parents at White Sands. They are there from late August-October and worth a visit.
